March 31st, 2009 - Creating channels for the business

Growing business brought us to changes. Changes are good, they bring fresh thoughts and improve our perspective, allowing us to bring better service to our customers. First of all, we moved to the Bay Area, in an attempt to better serve our customers from California and nationwide. We will have shorter delivery terms from our factory and even better prices on delivery costs by being closer to a major trading hub, which is the San Francisco area.

We will officially start new office business on April 1st, 2009. Also, the business customers will be split in Resellers, Telco/Carriers and Final Customers. Each customer that bought from us in the past is welcome to get in touch with us for complete details about the new channel business. Although our focus is on Resellers and Telco/ISP/MSO companies, we will still support our Final Customers, as always.
