HDMI-F-T is a fiber converter that transmits HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface)compatible signal over multi-mode fiber cable. HDMI carries both audio and video signals, being the modern replacement of analog standards like composite video, SCART or S-Video. The unit works in pair with HMDI-F-R fiber receiver. A pair of HMDI-F units acts as a digital video extender over fiber optic. HDMI interface is known for the short range available over copper. For long reach distance (up to 200 meters) and an EMI resistant solution, the HDMI Fiber Extenders are a very affordable and convenient solution. HDMI Fiber Extenders can be used for PC's, Set-Top-Boxes, Blu-Ray Player units, Video consoles, LCD and Plasma displays and any other HDMI compatible devices.
